Do clients need to install a new app?

No. Clients use Telegram or WhatsApp through simple bots. You get the web dashboard; they stay in their messenger.

How does automatic billing work?

Each client has a balance. You top it up manually. Before each session, MySched automatically deducts the session price. If balance is low, both you and the client get notified.

What if I need to cancel a session?

When you cancel, MySched automatically refunds enrolled clients and notifies them via Telegram or WhatsApp.

Is this only for specific services?

No. Any service business with recurring sessions and group scheduling can use MySched — sports, music, languages, arts, education, or any client services.

How long does setup take?

Most teams create their first sessions, add clients, and send the first notifications within the first day.

Why are WhatsApp and SMS paid?

Sending messages via WhatsApp Business API and SMS gateways costs money, so we have to charge for them separately. Telegram and Email are completely free and unlimited.
